How to Create an Account

Visit the Sign Up Page
Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the website or go directly to the signup page.
Fill in Your Details
Enter your name, email address, phone number, and create a secure password. Select your education level from the dropdown menu.
Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox for a verification link from DoubtBite. Click the link to verify your email address.
Complete Your Profile
After verification, you'll be prompted to complete your profile by adding additional information about your academic interests and goals.

How quickly will I get a solution to my doubt?
The time to get a solution depends on your subscription plan. Free users typically receive solutions within 24 hours. Silver plan users receive solutions within 12 hours. Premium and Advanced plan users receive solutions within 4 hours, with Advanced plan users getting priority in the queue.
Can I download study materials for offline use?
Yes, Premium and Advanced plan subscribers can download study materials and video lessons for offline use. This feature is available on both the website and mobile app. Downloaded content can be accessed through the "My Downloads" section of your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to "Account" > "Subscription" and select "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Is there a limit to how many doubts I can ask?
Free users can ask up to 5 doubts per day. Silver, Premium, and Advanced plan subscribers can ask unlimited doubts. However, we have a fair usage policy in place to prevent abuse of the system. If we detect unusual activity, we may temporarily limit the number of doubts you can ask.
Can I access DoubtBite on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access DoubtBite on multiple devices with the same account. We support up to 3 devices simultaneously for all paid plans. If you try to log in on a fourth device, you'll be prompted to log out from one of your existing devices.
